The Ultimate Life Coach
An AI that knows everything about me. How I slept, what I lifted, what I ate, where I was, how I spent every minute. And coaches me in real time.
The goal: constant exponential improvement.
Dashboard
The whole week on one screen. Location, habits, sleep, exercise, nutrition, supplements, body, outdoor time, and a daily self review of wins, lessons, and gratitude. Each cell colored by its goal. The coach’s note on top.
Everything the coach learns from.
Twenty-four views of your life. Every one feeds it.
Schedule
Plan vs. actual, hour by hour. Plan the day in blocks, then log what really happened. Live timer, voice entry, and goals that carry over from yesterday.
Planner
Weekly goals with a time budget. Rank the week’s goals, estimate each in half-hour chunks, mark them red, yellow, or green, and see the week’s hours by category.
Life Areas
Score the areas of your life. Mind, body, relationships, family, mission, wealth, friends. Rate each with notes and track the balance over time.
Advisor
Ask questions about your data. Pick a window, yesterday, this week, this year, and ask anything. Answers come from your own numbers.
Coach
A coach that knows everything about you. It sees every night of sleep, every set, every meal, every minute, every city. It reviews each day and tells you what to fix. Ask it anything, log by voice, move tasks, write a quarterly review. Every change can be undone.
Day
Every detail of one day. Sleep score and stages from Oura, each meal and its macros, body composition from the scale, every set, and the self review.
Month
A month of patterns. Calendar view of sleep, workouts, nutrition, location, and how each day felt.
Year
Streaks across the year. Dot calendars for bedtime, sleep duration, workouts, weight, protein, and calories, with current and longest streaks.
Goals
Goals the coach works toward. Set the year’s goals once. The coach reads them when it reviews your day.
Circadian
Sleep and meal timing. Bedtime, wake time, and each meal plotted across the week against targets. Consistency, not just totals.
Screen
Screen time, categorized. App usage synced from the Mac, grouped into work, meetings, coding, personal. Late nights flagged, lockout after a cutoff.
Analytics
Sleep consistency over time. Bedtime, wake time, and duration as trend lines against a target band, with variance per year.
Body
Weight and body composition. Weight, body fat, muscle mass, and heart rate from the scale, from one week to all time.
Travel
Travel history from your photos. Countries, cities, trips, and days away, rebuilt automatically from photo GPS, with iMessage saves filtered out.
Exercises
Per-exercise history. Which days you stretched, did yoga, or benched, and how each exercise trended over the year.
Supplements
Supplement log. What you took on which days, with one tap to copy yesterday.
Habits
Daily habits. Define them once. They show up in the week, the day, and the coach’s review.
Future Tasks
A backlog for someday. Park ideas, then pull them into the week when they’re ready.
Site
Improvement ideas and changelog. Everything you want to change about the app, next to the commits that shipped.
TV
TV mode. The week in large type for a screen across the room.
Performance
Year performance review. A score per area, a week-by-week heat map, and a tracking score for how consistently you log.
Progress
Build progress. A commit graph of the project itself.
Friends
Friends and comments. Share your days with friends and let them comment.
It follows you off the browser.
An iPhone app and a small Mac agent feed the same timeline.
Coach from the lock screen.
Widget with the live timer and today’s tasks, Siri and Action Button shortcuts, voice coach, and photo GPS backfill for travel history.
Screen time and night lockout.
An agent reads macOS screen time, syncs it hourly, and locks the Mac after the cutoff the coach sets.
Constant exponential improvement.
That’s the goal. You can’t improve what you don’t measure, so it started as a sleep tracker in November 2025. Then food, weight, where I was, every hour of the day. Then an AI that sees all of it and coaches me as I go. Ten months, 754 commits, a little better every day.
It got me working out more, tracking my macros, and gaining weight for the first time in my life. It showed me where all my time goes. The biggest thing: a self-reinforcing loop. Absolutely game changing.
